A Moldy Situation Occurred In This Particular Condo, Which Was Caused By A Water Leak From The Unit Above. Performed Mold/Asbestos Inspection & Air Sampling By Environmental Hygienist. Affected Drywall At Ceiling/Walls, Glued Down Hardwood Floors And Other Materials Were Removed To Perform A Proper Cleaning To Building Materials Such As 2x4 Studs, Floor Joists, Plywood. Wiped Everything Down With An Antimicrobial Cleaner. Air Filtration Devices Were Set Along With Dehumidifiers To Achieve The Proper Drying Goals. All Affected Areas Were Encapsulated And Contained With Heavy Duty Plastic.
